Yes – here is how:
1– You can first check and make sure that your box really needs any update so for that you can contact your dealer or email us the box s/n and leave it Wired and ON (WIFI is not recommended during online updates) at firstname.lastname@example.org . Our staff will check it and if need then will send the update signal otherwise will not do any changes. During the update your box will restart and get the new file stored into the box. Sometimes due to memory or network reason, the box may not get the full file and may get stuck in the middle. In that case please leave it wired on and email us the detail with s/n.
2– You can try it manually by downloading and saving the recent file into a USB drive from download.plustvbox.com and try it manually.
