PlusTV works best when you are getting 4 MBPS or more. You can connect to your router through the Ethernet wire or the wireless adapter (some models may have WIFI or wireless adapter already built in the box). The internet speed keeps changing, depending on service, time and load on the network, but it should remain at least 3 MBPS to work properly (2MBPS speed may also work but the quality may suffer).
Ethernet wire connection to your internet router or modem (if it is close enough to your TV) is recommended. If it is not close by, you can use the WIFI antenna (with plustv Plus model) or Wireless Adapter (with Standard plustv Model) to connect to your network. Also note that if your box (Standard plustv box) has a Wifi or Wireless Adapter then using a USB extension cable in between your plustv box and the WIFI adapter is recommended for better connection. A USB Extension cable can easily be purchased online on any major Electronic store.
Yes, popular YouTube content is easily accessible through PlusTV. In order to search a video please highlight the search box and then press ‘ok’. The letters and numbers will appear in the bottom to help you to add the text to the search area.

Please ensure that you send the package in its original form. Once the product reaches us it may take us up to 2 weeks to test the product and then mail out the check in your name with your refunded amount. Yes – here is how:

1– You can first check and make sure that your box really needs any update so for that you can contact your dealer or email us the box s/n and leave it Wired and ON (WIFI is not recommended during online updates) at mailtoiptv@gmail.com . Our staff will check it and if need then will send the update signal otherwise will not do any changes. During the update your box will restart and get the new file stored into the box. Sometimes due to memory or network reason, the box may not get the full file and may get stuck in the middle. In that case please leave it wired on and email us the detail with s/n.

2– You can try it manually by downloading and saving the recent file into a USB drive from download.plustvbox.com and try it manually.
